This is a Waterco MPV spider gasket – it goes in the multi-port valve of your pool filter, for filters made after 1994, and it's 40mm.
It's brand new, in original packaging, never used.

It's suitable for above ground pools, in-ground pools, and hot tubs – basically any pool with a multi-port valve.

If your pool filter is leaking or not switching between settings properly, the spider gasket is often the first thing to wear out.
